Ventari ("we", "us", "our") is operated by SoCal Media LLC (DBA Ventari) based in San Diego, California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order info — name, email, shipping address, items ordered
- Payment info — handled and stored by Stripe, never by us
- Drop list email — if you opt in
- Basic site analytics — anonymous, no personal tracking
How we use it
To fulfill your orders, send shipping updates, and (if you opted in) tell you about new drops. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertising networks. Period.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — payment processing
- Printful — order fulfillment and shipping
- Supabase — secure database storage
- Vercel — website hosting
Each of these has its own privacy policy you can review. We only share what's required for them to do their job.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in any email. You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing hello@wearventari.com.
