Fulfillment
Every Ventari piece is made to order. After you place your order, it enters our production queue at our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of being placed.
Delivery Windows
Total delivery time, from order to doorstep: 5–10 business days for both domestic (US) and international orders. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We ship worldwide.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within 7 business days, email hello@wearventari.com.
International Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
