1. Who we are
Ventari is a trade name of SoCal Media LLC, a limited liability company based in San Diego, California, United States.
2. Products
All products are custom printed on-demand. Slight variations in print placement (±0.5 inch) and color (±5%) are a function of DTG printing and are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
The Ventari name, logo, designs, and all content on this site are the property of SoCal Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventari and SoCal Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
