Our Stance

Because every Ventari piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. We do accept returns in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects (misprints, fabric flaws, broken stitching)
• Damage during shipping
• Incorrect item or size received (our error, not yours)

Filing a Claim

If your order arrives with an issue, email us at hello@wearventari.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Sizing Note

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before ordering. Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size with a classic, slightly relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, size up for an oversized streetwear silhouette.
